Im getting married in March and was wondering
1. When do I vigorously diet before the day
2. Does anyone have a good tried and tested diet
3. Shall I just stick with IF

Hi Tabz79. Happy to hear you are getting married in March! Regarding your questions, and IMHO, it is more beneficial to have a healthy eating plan as a lifestyle, instead of worrying which crash diet to follow before the wedding :)
