Looks like good choices, 2 meals of that would be good. Why are your "refeeding" ? Literally it would be you are eating the same thing twice? Is that what you are doing eating one meal and then eating the same meal over again?

I’m doing a 6 week diet with a trainer and I’m trying to be super precise with my macros. Basically is 6 days of restriction and 1 day that a little higher in calories. I can eat whatever I want, but it’s suggested to be somewhat whole, and I still should hit my macs. Since we celebrated two things today (my nieces baby shower and my moms 75th bday), I didn’t stick with it as well as I’d liked. I’ll try again next Saturday.
