It’s my first public post and I am so excited to share in everyone’s weight loss journey! I am sure this year would lead to incredible things for all of us.

I do have a question that I would love to get opinions on. I have been on OMAD Fasting (one meal a day) for two months now. Do you guys take any vitamins and supplements to ensure you get all the nutrients you need? And where do you buy them? Looking for SA specific recommendations 🙂

Yip they do, i got a massive one in my pool floating around, one in my daughters room that looks like “falcor from never ending story”, three in the car, etc.... my daughter is unicorn crazy!
