Dreading weigh in tomorrow! Totally fallen off the wagon these past 2 days, I've done nothing but binge eat! Creme eggs, mini eggs, cheesecake, chocolate nibbles, cheese, biscuits, crisps!!! I've eaten A LOT!!!!

Ah Bless You 😄😆 We all have days like that but u can do it No more Sweet things have Dark chocolate instead 70% or 80 % with bit of honey x some Strawberries x Raspberry or mix berries.
Mix up some nuts x seeds x bit of dark chocolate will help in the evening 😊 Good Luck.

Crikey lasagne, your working hard looking after little Seth. the best thing about the human body is you crave what it is missing. After your weight loss and having a baby you deserve a little time off. Keep listening to your body and when the sweet treats don't taste good stop. it's a bit like gambling when the fun stops....stop.
