Yum! And there’s me who convinces myself that I eat enough vegetables because I eat at least one serving a day and I eat fruit...seeing posts with lots of vegetables is inspiring me to eat lots of fruit AND vegetables!

Thanks everyone! The pork is a boneless loin chop, dipped in egg white then in the crispy coating which is 5G cornflakes & 5g panko with added spices (chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, &paprika)salt & pepper. I cooked in an air fryer for 16 mins flipping halfway through.
