Good luck!! IF does work but there are other factors to consider as well. For example, dont let your calories exceed more than 70% of your RDI in that eating window.

Tough for the first few days but once your body regulates, you will soon notice how beneficial this diet protocol is. I’m a major advocate for it. Good luck!

I do IF 15:9 and calorie counting and it works really well for me. 😁

My husband is also doing IF 16/8 and it has worked for him. He consumes most if not all his calories and that includes the drinks.
An important thing, particularly when you are also exercising, is to make sure you are taking in enough proteins to make sure you don't lose muscle mass. What you want to get rid of is the fat, not the muscle.
