It is hard hey! I have adjusted to and form a diet perspective it’s easy to manage but mentally for me- sometimes I wish I was just ‘average’. On Saturday I made this spectacular lemon meringue for my family and I hardly even tasted it- just a smudge! But my gut suffers for a few days afterwards 😆 I definitely feel so much better without it. Even the cheese- I know it was not doing me good. Do you use any substitutes? I don’t at the moment, just have my tea and coffee black.
