Just did two hours of yoga, one hour of ashtanga, which is pretty heavy and then an hour of fitness yoga which is also pretty heavy, cycled there and back that's about 40 minutes altogether, Feeling so fit and energetic,

Hi ELiz, just read your bio…I made a switch from yoga to Qigong a couple of years ago. Let’s just say…I bent back the wrong way in yoga, hence my switch.I respect a hard yoga routine! My very soon to be 28yr old daughter has embraced fully a vegan lifestyle. She overcame many obstacles to stay her course (close to 5yrs). When she chooses a vegan restaurant and invites me out, it can always fit into my own food plan. When it’s my turn, I always try to choose a place with several vegan choices for her. As far as menopause I’m glad you’re finding a good way through. (I didn’t recognize myself when I was in it & the lasting effect was hard to lose weight gain) No matter our differences in the amount of pounds we each need to lose to reach our goals you reached out and gave support, community helps! Keep at it.
