We took a trip to Michigan last Thursday, got back Monday and then I drove to the suburbs for 3 days of meetings on Tuesday. Food choices were limited, there were no healthy snacks and dinner was late (for me) and heavy. Traveling is hard so I need to give myself some grace, but I should've also made an effort to run to the store.
Back home now and I made a salad for lunch today. Im just kinda burned out on crap food and nothing really sounds good so might as well eat something that will make my body feel better.
