At 51 years old, I can count on one hand how many times I've tried to diet in my life, that would be exactly 2. Once last year with no real effort on my part (lost 5-8#), and this one which started Sunday morning (07/30/2017) with me tipping the scales at 340, the heaviest I've ever been. 3 days into this and can "feel" some differences... Not hungry and craving the way I usually do at this time of day. For the last 2 mornings I woke up and wasn't starving. I haven't had a drink (whiskey) since Saturday and I'm not missing it (too much). Don't plan to have another drink until Sept 1st, just to make sure I can do it... Now, to keep going for many more days...
