The scale went down this week...this is a good sign my counting calories and walking is helping the cause. I hate my stupid scale though. The digital ones never seem to tell the same weights in a row but I guess it is all a relative number. As long as it is going down, I feel gratified and hopeful.
We walked a wonderful distance today! I made it completely around one of the parks (a first) and then after buying healthy foods at the grocery store, I walked home from the store while my husband drove! HaHa...I walked further than he did today!
