That looks wonderful. I am a carnivore at heart, always have been. My woe works well in that respect. I love turkey especially when it has been bribed. But I’ve never been one to smoke meats. Don’t really know how and I guess I prefer the instant gratification of my George Forman. Lol.

Your smoked meats look fantastic but what really impressed me was you stated you shared the smoked meat with your elderly neighbors...now that sir only states one thing to me... that your a true gentleman with a kind heart...thanks for sharing:)

When it comes to making different meats and such on the smoker, I have a confession to make... I owned a custom meat smoking business for around 15 years before I sold it. So I know a few tricks that most don't but it's really easy to do, and I can answer any questions folks may have.

I was brought up believing that we take care of those that may not be able to always take care of themselves. Children and the elderly have a VERY special place in my heart, and I'll always do my best to take care of them. Both of my boys have been raised with the same beliefs, so hopefully it continues.

When we were in San Diego the couple next to us in the RV park were in competitions so we always got a great meal on Sundays from them. Great food great friends! Looks amazing!
