I KNOW - I was like maybe if I stand on one foot it will change...but, no. I like my scale though - it seems consistent. Two or three more sweaty Jillian Michaels DVD sessions should push that fat off!

I love your attitude HCB. I have been gaining a little on the scale, but I have been losing body fat. I still haven't picked up those DVDs, but maybe this weekend I will, since I need a little push to get the scale moving again. :)

It is crazy because in less tha one month of using the DVDs, I have seen more change on the outside of my body with inches lost and "rearranged fat" - LOL. So, I am building some muscle under the adipose tissue and tightening some areas. I am more concerned with clothes size and my perceived size to others than the scale number; although I would like to see ONEderland sooner rather than later!

I've found that standing on one foot only works if the foot you lift is then placed on the floor.

Yeah - I suppose 200.1 but I am not sure my scale even does increments that small !
