I get on the scale every morning (because I am just TOO curious) & it can differ up to 1 kg between days, I only officially log my weight every Friday morning, that way you see more consistency.

I normally weigh in once a week...I can’t deal with the scale stress everyday. Mainly because I easily get demotivated or too excited then I start to sabotage myself.
