Sugar binge last night on Easter candy and then I had frosted pop-tarts. Why? Why do I do that to myself? I wasnt hungry, I havent been depriving myself, I knew I wasnt helping myself but yet...there I was toasting poptarts at 10pm. I have been feeling a bit down this week. I thought I was just tired but I think its more than that. I havent made it to the gym since Tuesday and I have no drive to go. Its been crappy weather so I havent been outside walking either. Im worried about this weekend. At least at work I have some routine. Since Im already feeling blah, and its Easter weekend, Im afraid Ill go off the deep end. This is when I really need to hold it all together and keep moving forward.

You got this. Hang in there. I sometimes put water bottles in front of snack foods all over the place so that when I get close to maybe having some I drink water instead.

@liv001 I totally didnt drink enough water yesterday. That should help. @jnn8876 Boredom is probably 75% of it. I recently got some new art supplies and I thought about breaking them in. I shouldve. That wouldve helped too. I also forget that I have books to read because I listen to audiobooks at work so much. Maybe this is a good weekend to do some spring cleaning in the cabinets!
