I've weighed this for awhile just logging it. i did good last week and so far this week...still struggling to get weekends in check but deciding to be stricter week days so i can still have my fun on the weekends. this weekend I'll be on a fasting retreat with my sister in tahoe so that'll give me a little jump start this coming week.
