Can't remember what exactly the scale said and I'm not going back upstairs. I think it was less than this but definitely 201 point something. I should care more- but I don't. My vacation is over, have to go back to work today and I am DREADING it. 20 years at the same place and 20 more before I can retire. I just want to be a stay at home mom- but I don't think that's the name for it when you have no kids at home because they're in school all day. I guess I just don't want to work ever again would be a more accurate way to put it. I tried to talk the family into no cable, internet, cell phones and just shower at planet fitness so we can make ends meet, but no one will go for it. SO I guess I better go. I should be thankful to have a job. My company loves me and this very laptop on which I type and the car I drive and my cell phone are all company owned. Many perks. Beyond blessed. Need to stop bitching and appreciate more what I DO have. In my next life I'm marrying for money instead of looks. (JK Diablo. ❤ ya!)

Being happy is a decision that only you can make for yourself.
You seem to have a good job, a stay home mom looks good but it leaves you feeling unappreciated very often. Kids take us for granted, Hubby dear also takes you for granted and you soon get fed up of it. working keeps your mind and body up and about and functionally fit.

If a person is just looking for money. That is not the most difficult thing.
Find a need and fill it. You do not need a college degree to do that. There is millions and millions of dollars out there to go for.
Working for wages is just survival, you cannot make a dream come through on that.

I loved working. I enjoyed every single day of the 44 years that I did work. The key is to have a job that you can love like that. I was so lucky.

Lmao, velvetee. The kids would not be home. It would just be me all day cleaning and organizing and planning dinners and going to the gym and shopping. I have it all planned out. 🤣🙏
