Yesterday was pretty good. Stuck to my plan and ended up cutting pre-logged stuff during the day. That gave me a deficit and I was able to enjoy a brownie and a scoop of ice cream. I feel like Im in a good place mentally and Im ready to continue the progress I made last year.
