💃💃 Happy Dancing! Double digits finally.
I have mixed emotions, this was probably my biggest goal last year, when I started. It seemed unachievable at that time. Now, as I reached it, I don’t feel under or overwhelmed, I just feel whelmed 😂 it’s just a part of my journey to where I need to be to be happy and healthy.
I did order a pandora bangle online to commemorate this, and I promise myself that I will never go into triple digits again. Ever. But it is simply a milestone, in my continuous journey!
I suppose this is what I am most excited about, I’ve realize my mindset changed from “diet”, “no food”, “no cheating” to “it’s my life”, “I am in control”, and “I can do anything I set my mind to”.
I am so proud of myself (just some self-love) 🤍

Thanks everyone!!! I must say, even though there was no marching band like Shereen mentioned - the comments on the post was everything I needed! We have such a great community here, and even though we don’t know each other personally, we are all fighting the same demons, and having so many people on your side is just incredible!
