Morning miss!! ☕️☕️ 

Hey, girly! Having my coffee. Skipping the gym, Eating pizza and ice cream tonight. Got my day mapped out. 😆 What are your plans? Why do I feel like it's Friday? Holiday weeks should feel shorter but this one keeps stretching oooooonnnnnnn.  

Busy day ahead for me. Doing laundry now, then off to clean a condo building and a private condo, then home, workout, cook supper, and housework if I can muster up more energy by then. Such muggy weather here, 36C here today. Gross! I need Fall crisp air and leaves NOW! Talk about the week dragging on, how about the Summer heat?? It has the life dragged out of me, I hate it! 😩😩 I had enough in June. 🤪 

We had some cool temps here last week but yesterday was so hot again. The thing about Illinois this time of year is that you wake up and it's in the 60's, then near 90 across the afternoon, then drops down again as the sun goes down. Our weather is all over the place though, really. I hate muggy, humid weather.

Yes our days in So. Ca have been cooler after having an excess heat warnings of over 100 over the weekend. This morning ee are atill in the 60's with an expected high of around 90. In general I love our weather here. I live about 3 miles from Disneyland and about 15 miles from the beach. I can be in the desert or the mountains in an hour or so. When I think of living away from the ocean I think again. I loved the Rockies when I lived in Golden, Colorado. Loved the streams and rocks. Would like to visit Arizona's and Utah's mountains-especially the awesome rock formations. Would like to visit Illinois too but am unfamiliar with it's treasures. Enjoy your day and whatever God has blessed you with. 

Ruthe... No real treasures in Illinois. Very flat. Many cornfields depending on your location. What I love the most about Illinois is that all seasons are very distinct. Just when you can no longer stand summer heat, there are beautiful autumn leaves and cooler temps and just when you can't stand the bitter cold and snow...it is spring.  

Sound like treasures to me. 

It's flat, but it's green and lush most of the year compared to here (except that winter thing). you have rivers and lakes. the cornfields are definitely a thing though. lotta corn. can't imagine that's changed much.

yeah maybe it's just because we live here but I'm always see the wisconsin tourism commercials and think hey illinois kinda sucks. not much here. like devils lake and wisconsin dells anything north of wasau all beautiful. illinois not so much.  

Used to go to Devils Lake when I was a kid. Went to the Dells last year with the kids. It was a blast. You weren't on FS yet. Diablo posted all the delicious food pics.  

I was but for years all I did was log food and never crossed over here to the community. I love the moose jaw pizza place. Wife always laughed the way they parked their delivery cars there was a whole line of moose butts facing the street. The food is awesome up there. Looking forward to taking the kids again one day.  

Same- been here since 2012 but was private until March 2019. 😉 

I've been lurking since 2011. but once you let the kat out of the bag, it's all over.  

Ha. Definitely makes me work harder not being private- Like- Oh- guess someone is actually going to see my weight. Maybe I should try to make progress.  

Like you've never made progress. Right. Not buying that.  

No progress- always back and forth until I was public. 296 to 185 to 252 to 199 to 248 to 177... This is the best I've ever done. Not going back. 🏋🏻‍♂️💪🏻🤸🏻‍♀️
