Soo.. I lost 23kgs. In a month. I also “forgot” about this app for a while. I just didn’t want to deal with my issues. That changed on the 1st of December. I was sick of not achieving anything and wallowing in my own self pity. So I started walking around my block 10 times each day (I couldn’t even run half a kilometer at the time), once I could do that I started pushing myself to exhaustion everyday. By running around the block (2ish km) 15 times per day. I don’t even know how I did it, but what I do know is that at the end of day 7 I passed out. That’s how exhausted I was. But I didn’t stop, my motivation being that I wouldn’t allow my mother (She keeps saying that I’m jealous of how pretty she is, which I’m not because she weighs more than me. Among other delusional things I have to deal with) It’s like she wanted to see me fail. So I’d make her angry and succeed. I would do this, and I did. I hardly tracked anything but I made sure to only eat a fist sized portion of food each day. I weighed myself today at the gym and BAM 76.9. From 90kgs to 76.9. That’s a hell of a lot, but I’m not stopping. I might have to lessen the running because I’ve got school, but I’m happy. Really happy, so I thought I could share this and make someone else happy too! You can do it babe! 💛💛
