Today starts the beginning of two 6 week challenges that I’ve joined. One is a bit more restrictive on what food you can have and the other is macro based. I don’t usually go for restrictions of things like flour but I do need to scale things back a bit. I’m pissed that I let all my hard work fly out the window in lockdown but at least I have the tools and foundation to get back.
