I’m finding it a bit hard to focus on my health and my work at the same time. My job is so demanding and I know a major reason why I have neglected by body and health in the past was to excel at the office... I need to find a balance... Work demands cannot be more important than my health. Anyways...another loss on this Monday weigh-in... Feeling good about that.
