Bag packed for the gym right after work because I would have to be at the gym by 5 a.m. to leave on time to give the shots and that's too rushed for me. I was awake- but I like a cup of coffee in my robe first. Well- before Chris makes a comment- I like the coffee in my belly while wearing my robe. 💗☕❄💪🏻

Thanks everyone. Second shot received a couple hours ago. So far so good. Just arrived to the gym so gotta lift heavy stuff...keep my little arm loose and see what tomorrow brings. 💪🏼❤️Oops...I mean big arm. 😉🤷🏻♀️

Thanks, Melissa! My workout was very good but I am sure it is too soon to tell. The needle was longer this time so I am definitely already in more pain than with the first one. Tried to do some shoulder work to keep it loosened up but it made actually glad I was supposed to focus on legs today. But still- I am ready to be free of this covid shit! Whatever happens- it is worth it.

Hopefully any side effects will be minimal. Our friends got their 2nd one Feb. 5th. They were driving 7 hours to Florida right afterwards. They felt a little tired the next day but I think that was the worst of it.
