Aw thanks Taryn, WaistAway87 and Wanderlustee (your sense of humour is amazing btw 😂) ❤️❤️❤️ I am so anxious, I should be celebrating but just so terrified of regressing or relapsing. It’s seem like I have this bad habit of being stuck in the low 70s. I think once I move on from the 69s, I’ll be a little more at ease. Slow and steady tho, right?

Hi raithi 🙋🏾‍♀️ yes, I do Zumba 4-5 times a week. I try to do the 50 minute class, but sometimes I can only get through 30 minutes 😂.. I also try do these ‘thebodyproject’ workouts atleast 2-3 times a week. They’re low impact and a combination of cardio and strength training - I’m nearly dead at the end of it but the feeling is so rewarding. I also walk 5 days a week - I try for 2 to 3 km a day. Sometimes I surprise myself and make it to 5 km but these are rare occasions. I make sure to have TWO absolute rest days.. it just helps mentally and physically.
