Calories down, on the day and week. Carbs down same. (100g) day/day. Don't track sodium, but consistently high salt intake. Second consecutive rest day. Lots of sleep. Scale up 1.4#.

And here's the kicker. Visibly leaner in the mirror. Belly button pooch schlumfed in some new and obvious way. So much so that I measured waist, which @ 34 1/4" matches my fasted cut low at 187#.

Not much perplexed by my body at this point, but this morning is an exception. Curious to see how tomorrow's full weigh in comes in...

Went to my buddy's pizza joint for dinner last night and went full ketotard with the double bunless bacon cheeseburger slathered in onions. Haven't eaten out like that in a long time, so maybe my body's puzzling out how to process the chemicals off the Sysco truck...

Feeling better, still semi-nauseous with intermittent arm pain. First morning I have woken up with anything resembling motivation in a minute. So here goes -

This morning I am most thankful for -

* Sun's REALLY Out. Full on vs. yesterday's touch and go. Plus 15 degrees warmer!

* Some semblance of half ass motivation.

* News abstinence. It's like fasting for your soul....

* Down one kid for the weekend. Fuck yeah! If only this were a trend..

* 34 1/4" waist

* Better feels

* This community of support. Appreciate y'all!

* Jimmie's "anabolic" Chunky Monkey

* Strippers & Blow

* Just checkin to see who's still reading...stay awake!

* Unearned progress! I'll take it!

* Visible abs. Not sayin I have any. Just thankful they exist. Hypothetically. In some alternate universe.

* The multi-verse. No clue what that bullshit is, but I heard about it on Rogan and am grateful that "smart" people have smart people shit to blather on about. Also pretty sure that my prior bullet depends upon it....

* Also adult play time. Somehow all tied up with the abs/multiverse thing..

* Any diet warriors triggered by the Poliquin quote! Appreciate you!
