I have decided to adjust my calorie goal to 1900 from 1800 tomorrow. I looked at my averages for the past few weeks & several weeks I averaged at that level. I have purposely kept it lower but I think I'd like to try maintenance allowing slightly higher. If I start to have trouble maintaining I will lower it again.

I spent a little time outside today. I moved the plants back outside from the garage, since the forecast is for warmer nights again. A little weeding, too. A walk is planned today...yesterday it rained most of the day.

LC, I was using the 1800 more as a guide anyway. Some days I was going into the 2000 range with my last snack/ beverage/ dessert. But then I'd cut back a day. Let's see what happens when I'm officially allowed 700 more calories a week 🤔 I weigh every day any way and fluctuations influence what I decide to eat most days.
