SPRING RECOMP 2021 - DAY 33
LIFT DAY
Tallied up Sunday's feast damage for shits and giggles. Came in around 3600k; better than expected! Who knew a whole can of Pringles has only 600k?!? That puts last week's daily average around 2500k. That's down 200k/day from the week prior, and down 1300k/day from Week 1.
Pretty pleased that I have been able to transition from a fasting driven hard cut to a recomp without a massive rebound, systematically titrate intake downward, and enjoy eating. Last time I attempted, I managed to put on 19# in 9 days....
Have some minor travel this week and once that's done, I am going to recalibrate again to complete the current phase by Memorial Day. Or not. We'll see.
House is momentarily serviceable. Foods prepped for the natives for the week. Looks like we've found a new quality sitter for pop. Saw the fam. Kids are gtg. Pops hanging in. Saunas reopened. And, crucially, wait for it...
