SPRING RECOMP 2021 - DAY 31 REST DAY
Well the good news is that #1 son is finally going to be getting a paycheck, which is the first step in his getting himself launched.
The bad news?
He's now in the pizza business. Real pizza made by loud, competent Italians. Brick oven and all. Apparently he is now going to be coming home with that delicious shit every night....
Fasted cardio yesterday early morning. Deads and ab supersets in the afternoon. Pulled 8 X 205. Felt like shit. Taxxed.
Grilled up, so nutrition was on point. Until son came home....
Totally taxxed this morning. My super light 3 mile ellip cardio took almost 30 excruciating minutes. Had to fire up the DMX soundtrack...
Equipment was available, so made up my missed chins from last night. Got 9 bodyweight, which was my previously missed target. Decided to do some dips also, just to test the elbow. And guns. Got 10 bodyweight. Felt pretty good, but definitely felt the elbow and put on a little swell. Icing that down as I type.
Still fat, but not for much longer. Little tapped after 2 days of 2 a days, but onward.
