Apparently my weight is going to fluctuate up & down 🎢 🔃 🎢 a whole lot before I see any progress. And the days I eat less it goes up....days I eat more it goes down 😐 I was perfectly happy with the fluctuations up & down just a little before. Now that I'd like to see a lower weight...not so much. Oh well...I know patience is a virtue...right 😏

I did my yoga/ toning exercises today. Then I ate my lunch....1/2 of a bacon cheeseburger & a few fries Hubby brought me. Good but not exactly low calorie. I think a salad is in order for dinner.

I've been sitting outside reading after I ate. The birds have been twittering about....on the feeders...on the deck...in the trees & bushes...& in the birdbath. A doe meandered by earlier as well.

I need to do something about these roots on my head. I had planned to fix them earlier but kept puttering around doing other stuff. So, guess I better get to it before Hubby is ready for our afternoon walk.

I just weight myself every Friday morning for the most part to keep my goals in line. I tend to eat a little much on the weekends, and work it off all week. I find that my weight gain/loss is more accurate that way. Mileage may vary.
