Waist 91 cm, 36 inches. OMAD is wonderful. Having had a full meal mod afternoon I just don't feel like another in the evening (what other people call suppertime). I eat when hungry, not according to the clock. 0.7kg down in a day. Well and truly broken through the plateau. Even better is that yesterday I was walking differently. More spring in my step. I have regained some pride I didn't know I had lost. Being a blob is not good for self esteem.
