Lots of soreness from the gym which I will list as sexual activity from now on for fun. The calorie counts are so off, I just estimate anyhow. Not sure what to do today. Was supposed to hit triceps but they are still aching. My own fault for taking a week off. Once it's a daily habit, it's way harder for me to feel doms. Those few days off though...getcha.
