Hi buenita. I'm doing alright but finding it hard to maintain my weight especially as the wife is not trying to lose weight now. My mental health is good at the moment. How are you?😃👍 

I'm sorry to hear that she doesn't cook healthy for you, you might have to try to make some healthy foods yourself, and then you won't have to worry about it. I'm so happy that your mental health is good that's awesome and very important, as for me I'm living my best life, counting every day as a blessing, and taking each step one day at a time. Buenita it's more of the temptation of what the wife is eating. I do cook my own main meal as the wife is at work. I'm glad your loving life😃👍
