😁 My brain didn't compute when I first stepped on the scale this morning. Thought I'd gone up. Then, I realized I'd finally dipped down below 135.

Good day at the Gym. I felt energetic....may have been from following Diane's lead & eating 2 slices of French bread for dinner last night. The only thing I had an issue with was the arm curl machine. The tendon in my right upper arm was not happy, so I only did 2 partial reps. I did do curls with free weights during my exercise routine upstairs. Lighter weights, though. I have a tender spot in my right shoulder, so I don't know if it's affecting my arm or if it's 2 seperate causes. I could definitely feel the aftereffects of working my deltoids when I got home. And my glutes.

I borrowed a friend's kindle to read the Book Club selection this month. I'm a "real book" fanatic, but I wasn't able to get a copy of the book & she offered. I started reading it last night & it felt weird. Hopefully, I'll get acclimated. I do read stuff on my phone a lot, but books & magazines should be paper!

So, off to bed to read some more 😊
