😳 Not sure why....

I didn't do a lot to counteract the gain today, but I stepped on the scale during the day to check what my saved weight was (I had forgotten the exact amt.) & I was actually lower. We'll see what tomorrow brings.

I often cook a bigger breakfast on Sundays & today was not an exception....Bacon, eggs, buttered toast & fresh fruit. I also made a hearty pasta dinner with sausage & homemade sauce. And there was pie 🥧 😊 I had promised Hubby a pie, bought apples & stuff, then got Covid. Finally got around to baking.

I got motivated & got most of the Fall decor done this weekend. I still have a few things in a box to put out....I have a side table in the dining room & one in the hall at the top of the stairs, usually add a few touches to.

My sister is off work tomorrow & asked if I wanted to do lunch. I decided to put off the Gym til Tues. so I can. We'll hang out...do some shopping after since she has a free day.

So off to bed....
