Really pleased with todays weigh in because I thought it wasnt going to be like this. I ate fairly bad this weekend because I was waiting too long to eat and then scarfing things down like there was no tomorrow. Looking back, it probably wasnt quite that bad, but I felt like I was throwing all my work from last week down the drain. Anyway, back on track today!
