Happy Day, Best Buddies:
The IDIOT BOXES finally were consistent enough to log a new low weight. One said 170.8 and the other 170.4 so I picked the middle weight 170.6
I increased the protein a bit and lowered the carbs more to finally see a little movement.
Now, off to the gym for the usual Thursday burn! UPDATE: I did two rounds of weights and muscle work today with some intensive rowing in between sets and kept my average heart rate at 79% the whole hour!
MY CURRENT GOAL: Discuss changes with endocrinologist (SENT HIM A FAX ON FEBRUARY 1st), try for lower carb percentage, lift heavier at the gym and see caliper bodyfat move down in February.
MY LONG RANGE GOAL: Body fat at 26% or less and scale weight in the 150's or less

@RockiesFan - I use the solid coconut oil that melts in the hot coffee, along with the unsalted Kerrygold butter and some MCT oil...the KEY is to blend the heck out of it so all the fats blend into the coffee thoroughly - like a latte! YUMMY

I really miss the rowing machine from my old gym, it was a Nautilus and totally awesome, I beat that thing to death every time I used it. Great work, HCB, every post you make is inspirational!
