Tracked well this week and did 2 hours of exercise besides working in the garden and a walk to the local shops and schlepping groceries back home. IF has been a bit better this last two weeks and I no longer wake up starving, which helps alot. Really hope to hit my goal next week so will try to be ultra good this weekend.
