.3 loss over 1 day comes to 2.1 for over one week - which is a great rate of weight loss. People on here need to put their cursor over the weight and there you can see over how long a period the weight change occurred.

Purchase a book titled “Fat To Skinny”.
You can pick it up on Alibris.com for next to nothing.
Without a doubt it will help significantly.
