As soon as I realised that I was eating the same stuff looking for different results, I changed. I’ve heard before about Keto diet but I couldn’t believe. The good thing is I tried anyway. After the adaptation period I felt “this is for me”. It took me a while to figure how to manage my meals. Still adapting, I think. But I’m trying new recipes everyday. Now I’m really excited about this new life style!
