Back after a lengthy absence ( one month?) I really needed a break. I totally overdid it, though, and now need some serious detox from sugar, alcohol, carbs, sweets. WOW I wanted to "enjoy" vacation but spent much of it eating and drinking way too much, not exercising and gaining weight. (and worrying about it, much of the time... I didn't even enjoy it.) I'm not going to step on the scale for awhile.
So today, it's back to work, back to eating healthy, back on the wagon ( during the week)
I could use some encouragement. thanks
