Bad Result for the Month. I gained 1.2kg for the month. I bounced around the 145.5 to 148.5 kg mark the whole month.
Lets see what May delivers. Going to start light exercise, such as walking and cycling this month, its obvious a change needs to be made so will try burn some calories through exercise, and hopefully it pushes me through my Plateau
