tip. i only taste everything i like. so i literally just take a bite out of whatever i like. and leave the rest..thats how i try to stay on track with my calories when im at a celebration. as for drink i check if theres juice and dilute it with water if theres no juice i just drink water and tea.if theres alcohol then i cut on whatever i wanted to taste on. and i'll only drink a glass of wine. . . but i know we are all different so thats my secret 😉not to go overboard with the calories.

Celebration or cheat days are an important part of my weighloss journeys success. If im celebrating or cheating, i go big or dont even bother. It only takes 2 to 3 days of disciplined eating to correct the cheat. Small price to pay every 10 or 15 days
