Why dont u try calorie cycling?

I test the changes I implement over 10 to 14 days . Based on the results i make more adjustments. Next change starts monday and i plan to drop calories for 10 days to 1500cal

Okày i think that will work.. geez Mike i admire ur positivity.. coz when i picked up that weight i felt extremely down..

Salt. I dont regard my plateau as a negative, in fact im actually quite pleased about it. It is showing my that my weight loss is permanent and the body is maintaining itself nicely with its fluctuation between 133 and 134 odd. With this in mind im confident that when i reach my next goal of a 112kgs, i will not pick up wait easily leading me to be fat again. One has to look at the glass half full rather than half empty, there is more to be achieved when positively is flowing through the brain.

Apologies for jumping on the thread - I'm curious... what is calorie cycling and what is the benefit of doing it?

Its when you eat more calories on certain days and less on others on purpose. It gives people freedom to enjoy weekends and tough it out during the week to make sure overall calorie consumption stays correct. Some use it to stimulate metabolism. Scroll done through the posts and you will see someone has posted an image of how it works
