I am not eating enough according to my RDI. It is 1700 and with my work schedule and stress I am struggling to get to 1200. I am worried that my metabolism is going to come to a grinding halt. My goal for this week is to reach 1200- 1500 each day. My 100 day personal challenge of no drinking and no desserts is going just fine.
