I have completed my 100 day challenge of No Drinking and No Desserts. I was 100 % successful with the guidelines that I established for myself. These guidelines included the allowance of one "cheat day" on Easter ( April 20) in which I had a martini, several glasses of rose wine and one piece of coconut cake. It was a grand celebration.
During that time, I have also kept to a 1200-1500 RDI and have exercised, without fail, 6 days a week. I have felt healthy and strong and have not been sick once- not even a runny nose!
I managed several business trips ( this is awkward- esp. the no drinking part) and several social engagements. The downside is that we have not entertained at all.(except for Easter).
I started the 100 days at 167.2 and am now at 143.0 a total loss of 24.2 and, since joining FS this time around, a loss of 29 lbs.
I am done losing. Now I need to tone it up (am about 2 months into a weight lifting program)and I need to MAINTAIN ( the HARDEST part). But first, I am going into the city tonight to the opera with my sister and we're having a celebration dinner first!
