SO... I worked a 16 hour day yesterday that included four hours of driving... and didn't get home till after 11. AND, I only ate lunch. There was no opportunity for dinner (except a fast food dinner on the road which I eschewed in favor of a diet Coke for the caffeine) and the snack that I had packed to tide me over (goji berries, craisins, almonds) was eaten around 4 pm. An orange sat in the bottom of my lunch bag all day and never got eaten. I've got to get better at managing busy work days and eating. I expect the scale to shoot up in the next day or so after I begin eating regular food at regular times, again! We have a business dinner tonight. Rubber chicken, no doubt.
