Happy New Week, Buddies:
I look forward to another new week of exercise and eating well. I may need to eat more this week since the "Idiot Box" is not moving - my body could be holding on a little but not sure. Another experiment!

Looks fun you guys look awesome !! ,, I did a beer wine crawl Friday night,, in a little town local,, first time I drank in 2 months,, was only doing little shot glasses not even full for tastings . It was all good,, hung out with good friends we had not seen in awhile so was worth it .. will go another 2 months no drinking , no problem .

Nice picture...thanks for sharing...AND yes...I am beginning to get a LOT more prone to adapt the "idiot box" label for my scale...lol..esp. when it does things I am NOT expecting...LOL..Glad you had a nice time on SAT...and hope BOTH of you have a GREAT week!!!!!!!!!!! :)
