NEW Mini-Goal is to be at, or below 230 by Labor Day. I miss those yellow bars from Sept/Oct 2021. Next goal will be 225 but first I'd love to get back to last Septembers weight.
May 11th, 2018 was my last round of chemotherapy. Next follow up is to be with my new (old) Oncologist 0n August 9th 2022. T-cells were below 2 last August, so only 15 months to go before I'm considered cancer free.
I'm here to support my fellow FS Buddies, and to hold myself accountable for my choices. Best Wishes for us all to finding Health & Happiness in 2022.
